There are many delectable, world-class dining establishments presenting a wide variety of options to culinary lovers and casual diners alike. Although you’re sure to find an excellent choice for every type of palate, it can be a challenge to find late-night dining in Palm Springs other than drive-through windows or national branded greasy spoons. Truss & Twine

Truss & Twine, opened in March 2017 in the Uptown area, offers specialty craft cocktails and tasty, quality food until 12:30 am on weekdays and 2 am on weekends. Located at at 800 N. Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs, the bar bites are inspired with the cultural and culinary background of Southern California such as Wagyu Beef Tartare, Red Snapper Crudo, Spot Prawn Dog and Charcuterie or Cheese Plate. The craft cocktail menu is patterned after different cocktail eras from the golden age of the late 1800’s through Prohibition, the Tiki era, the Dark Ages then ending with today’s original concoctions. Look for featured DJ’s at the Truss & Twine on many weekend evenings.

LuLu California Bistro

LuLu California Bistro is a trendy restaurant located in downtown Palm Springs that offers California-inspired cuisine at reasonable prices. Lulu California Bistro stands out in an area with plenty of excellent architecture, and it its large, colorful logo can be seen from quite a distance. The dinner and bar menu is offered late until 1 am on Friday and Saturday nights with happy hour prices in effect until closing. LuLu California Bistro is located at 200 S. Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs. 

Smokin’ Burgers & Lounge

Don’t let the name fool you, Smokin’ Burgers & Lounge is more than just the Best Burger in the Valley according to DesertSun.com. You can find fresh salads, chicken and fish tacos, sandwiches and chicken wings on the menu as well. The burgers are crafted with fresh 100% Angus Beef (never frozen) and have a unique flavor you won’t find anywhere else in the Palm Springs area. Options abound for your burger including choice of patty (beef, chicken, turkey or veggie) and toppings. Check out their Prime Rib specials on the weekends. Smokin’ Burgers & Lounge is open daily until midnight and is located in the Smoke Tree Shopping Center at the corner of Sunrise Way and E. Palm Canyon Drive in south Palm Springs.
