You have many choices on how to remain hydrated and one of our favorite ways is to visit Palm Springs Happy Hours at our favorite bars and restaurants. When you need a break from the sun, these awesome happy hour restaurants and bars will sure do the trick if your thing is imbibing on libations and noshing on some good, inexpensive eats. Here are our picks for best happy hour spots in Palm Springs!
Wang’s In The Desert
The place to be on a Friday during Happy Hour, Wang’s in the Desert is an award winning restaurant with a “top-shelf” happy hour that also offers the best pan-Asian cuisine in Palm Springs. The bar area is often filled to capacity on a Friday after work when “Boys Night Out!” is in full swing on the Zen Patio from 3 pm to 10 pm. There is a DJ spinning music to get your weekend started and you can enjoy Wang’s house drink specialties. Come early and get a seat at the bar to catch all the action and have some space if you decide to order some delicious pan-asian appetizers to go with your libations. Wang’s is located at 424 S Indian Canyon Dr in Palm Springs. Their happy hour includes food and drinks specials starting at $2 from 3pm-7pm daily.
Chill Bar
A cool and fabulous 21st century modern venue, Chill Bar is located at 217 E Arenas Rd in Palm Springs, just off Indian Canyon Rd. The gorgeous island bar is surrounded by high definition video screens and a comfortable designer lounge. The Chill patio gives you a chance to see and be seen on Arenas Street while the Scorpion room with its lighting and concert sound system offers surprises Wednesday through Saturday nights. The friendly staff will have you coming back again and again!
Tropicale
The Tropicale Restaurant & Coral Seas Lounge is located in the center of downtown at 330 E Amado Rd across from the Spa Resort Casino. You can enjoy happy hour everyday from 4 pm to 7 pm with a variety of small plates and pizzas priced from $9 – $15. The ambiance may remind you of a club from Miami in the 1950’s with its art deco styling and use of pastel colors throughout. You have your choice of enjoying the large indoor bar or soak up the desert air in the expansive outdoor lounge area complete with misters to keep you cool on a summer night.
Oscar’s Cafe & Bar
You will find Oscar’s Cafe & Bar in the heart of downtown Palm Springs on the corner of Indian Canyon and Tahquitz Canyon. Best known for their Sunday Tea Dance from 4 pm until close, the courtyard surrounding Oscar’s has a very welcoming feel with plenty of room for you and your new-found friends with lots of umbrellas for shade and misters to keep you cool. Nightly live happy-hour entertainment runs the gamut from Blues and Classic Rock to Pop and Funk. Enjoy $3 draft beer and $4 well drinks and house wine.
