Reservation Policy

A deposit equal to the first night stay is required to secure any reservation. A cancellation fee of $25.00 will apply to any cancelled reservation regardless of date cancelled. A cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged on any cancellation made within 14 days of the original reserved stay.

Our hotel is tailored for adults. Where a minor is accompanied by an adult, we require the adult to agree, in writing, not to leave any minor 16 years of age or younger unattended at any time during their stay, and ensure to preserve the peace and quiet of our other guests and to prevent any injury to any person and damage to any property. (Civil Code Section 1865(d).) Refusal to sign such an agreement is grounds for refusing accommodations, and any failure to otherwise comply with this policy can and will result in eviction, with no refund of any money paid or owing in connection with the stay.

Pet Policy

THE WESTCOTT welcomes dogs. Please note that a $75 pet fee will be added per stay.

Smoking Policy

THE WESTCOTT does not allow smoking in any of our guest rooms. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged if guests smoke within the rooms.  At all times we aim to be courteous to all of our guests - if you smoke, please speak to a member of our staff on arrival and we will let you know the most convenient smoking location.

Occupancy Policy

A maximum occupancy of 2 people per room is allowed. There is an additional fee of $75.00 per night for each additional guest per room will be applied if the maximum occupancy exceeds 2 people.  If additional guests are invited onto the property there will be a 'day guest resort fee' of $35 per person added to the registered guest's folio.
